August 17, 2018 - The 34th Montréal Pride Parade will be held on Sunday, August 19, 2018. The parade will proceed along the north lane of René-Lévesque Boulevard, starting at Metcalfe Street at 1:00 pm and ending on Alexandre-DeSève Street.
 
The FTQ as well as its Committee on Sexual Orientation and Gender Diversity are once again participating in Pride Montréal celebrations this year, a show of solidarity with the LGBTQ2S+ community. The fight against inequality and discrimination is at the core of the labour movement, especially when injustices affect minorities.
 
USW Local 1944 encourages all our members in the Montréal area to participate, as the parade is an excellent opportunity to join in the celebration of love and diversity with family and friends!
