T-shirts to celebrate World Mental Health Day

September 5, 2017 - USW Local 1944 – Unit 51 (Burnaby) is celebrating World Mental Health Day on October 10, 2017, by producing themed purple t-shirts that are Union-made in Canada, with the assistance of participating Telus leadership. Proceeds will be going to the Amanda Todd Legacy Society Fund. 

Pre-ordering is available from now until September 8. Stock will be limited after this date. 

Shirts can be delivered, with an additional $3.00 shipping charge per shirt, or they can be picked up at no extra charge in the lobby of the Telus building at 4519 Canada Way in Burnaby, at the swag table in the reception area, September 29, October 5 or October 10 between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. 

To order a t-shirt, please copy and paste the order form below and email it completed to amandatoddlegacy@gmail.com. Once the order form has been submitted, there are two options to make payment:

Option 1 – Advance Payment until September 8th – $15.00 per shirt.  

Payment can be completed either via e-transfer to the email address amandatoddlegacy@gmail.com or through PayPal at the website www.amandatoddlegacy.org. To use PayPal, click on the ‘Donate Now’ button which directs to a webpage offering PayPal payment. (If further help is required with e-payments, please email Carol Todd at the email below.)

Option 2 – Cash payment upon pickup at 4519 Canada Way  $20.00 per shirt.
