May 29, 2017 - We are very pleased to hear of the agreement reached with the BC Greens to support a New Democrat government led by John Horgan.

On May 9th, British Columbians voted overwhelmingly to replace Christy Clark with a new government that works better for people.

“British Columbians wanted a new government that works for them instead of the people at the top. That is what this agreement with the BC NDP and the BC Green Party does,” stated National President Lee Riggs. “I am looking forward to working with the BC NDP to make sure our voice is heard and Steelworker jobs are protected in our province.”
