Why does voting for the MNAs matter?
Members of the National Assembly (MNAs) represent each electoral division in the National Assembly. Among other important responsibilities, MNAs study, analyze and vote on bills.
MNAs are expected to ensure that citizens’ interests are well protected. When attuned to the concerns and opinions of the people they represent, they are able to take action on their behalf on various issues during National Assembly debates.
USW Local 1944 encourages all our members in Québec to get out and vote!
In Solidarity,
