Rogers Abbotsford Bargaining Update #4

As we have communicated, in spite of our offer to return to the bargaining table, your employer has not agreed to do so.

This leaves us with the option of re-voting on an offer that does not meet our needs, or escalating our actions. We do not take these decisions lightly, but Rogers has left us with little choice. Consequently, we have issued full strike notice to be effective on Thursday, June 19th at 12:01am.

The Union has met with the Picket Captains and there will be a picket schedule created to cover 2 shifts per day, 5 days a week, at your work location. Please reach out to the Picket Captains to ensure that all shifts have coverage.

A CAT message will be sent out before Thursday to advise who the captains are.
