If you’re not receiving Union texts on Android, check your text junk folder

Some members (including myself) have had texts from the Union go into their text junk folder on Android phones. To prevent this, go into your Messages app, click on your account icon, and check out the “spam & blocked” section. If you see any Union text there, click it and click ‘not spam’ to prevent this from happening in the future.

Women of Steel ‘Aging in the Workplace’ Sip & Learn

The Local’s Women of Steel Committee has put together a great evening course on Women’s Health and Aging in the Workplace, looking at a variety of commonly experienced issues that aren’t adequately discussed. The course is for our female members, facilitating an open dialogue on their experiences, and learning from one another. Please consider signing up here.
