Special Meeting Notice Request

The submission of Meeting Notice Requests by Unit Secretaries is discontinued. If a Unit wishes to hold any Special Unit Meetings, the Unit Secretary will need to send a Booking Request Special Meeting Notice Request as usual to unit.expenses@usw1944.ca, however, there is no longer a need to submit a Special Meeting Notice Request form. Instead, just include the Agenda items when submitting the Booking Request and we will have all the information we need to send out the Notice.
