January 25, 2021 - The Local’s Bargaining Committee representing members at Telus met by Zoom last week. We reviewed the many Bargaining Survey responses that you, the members, submitted. The results laid bare the many struggles and challenges you face in your work, and the large gap between the efforts you put in to your job versus how you are treated and compensated by Telus. Your responses have helped us to identify our top priorities for bargaining, and also some of the strategies that we intend to use to achieve these priorities. Thank you. We are in the process of building our bargaining package for later in the year and have plans to reconvene and continue this very important work in March and May. 

We hear loud and clear that you are tired of receiving worse Collective Agreements each bargaining round, but we’ll need your help to make a decisive change this time around.

We know that we are strongest when we stand united. The bargaining team is very proud to do this work for you. We shall rise to the challenge, with your support and solidarity, to take on Telus as one. Together we will #RiseUp
