Hello Members,

Your Bargaining Committee met with the Company today and we are pleased to report that both parties continue to make steady progress in building your very first collective agreement. 

As outlined in previous updates, we are currently addressing non-monetary items before transitioning into monetary discussions. So far, the majority of these items have not been contentious. That said, as we move forward, we will provide further clarity on any outstanding issues in dispute. 

Both parties are working to schedule additional bargaining dates into the New Year. Once those dates are confirmed, we will keep you updated on our progress. 

We remain confident that we are building a strong collective agreement, one that you can be proud to stand behind. Your continued solidarity and support are greatly appreciated.
