USW Local 1944 Unit 51 is organizing its 9th edition of Pink Shirt Day on Wednesday, February 27, 2019. Proceeds will go to The Amanda Todd Legacy Fund (www.amandatoddlegacy.org). Amanda’s mother Carol Todd is a Telus Wise Board member.

In support of Anti-Bullying Day, everyone is encouraged to wear pink or #EndBullying shirts on February 27, and to participate in a complex-wide, team-based food day! There will also be a complex-wide Flash Photo Bomb around 2:15 pm and a 50/50 draw. Winning tickets will be posted in the lobbies and sent out on email.

To preorder a $10 ‘Cool to be Kind’ t-shirt, please email nancy.mccurrach@telus.com or aaron.rego@telus.com before January 26 (colours white or pink, sizes YOUTH from S to XL and ADULT from S to XL). Leading up to the day, Unit 51 will have swag tables available from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, in the lobby of 4519 at the following dates:
