Keewatin Air Bargaining Update #3

Hello Keewatin Air members,

Your bargaining team (Shawn, Dayna, and Sara) along with our union representatives, Jayson Little and Steve McWhirter, have met with our employer on March 16th, 17th, and 19th. While nothing has been finalized yet there has been great progress and conversations from both sides. We have been having ongoing bargaining conversations for non monetary issues including; seniority, the grievance process, definitions, union representation, and health and safety topics.

There will be more bargaining dates to come in the coming months and we will keep you posted as they are confirmed. Your bargaining team has been reviewing employee concerns from the survey in order to address them throughout the ongoing bargaining process.
