The USW will be holding its National Women’s Conference at the Delta Hotel by Marriott in Quebec City, Quebec, on October 17-20, 2022.

This year, the Conference’s theme is “Women of Steel are Raising the Bar!”. It will focus on women’s health and safety, improving mental health, bargaining equality and more! You’ll hear from Women of Steel who are active in their local unions, women’s committees and bargaining committees, all of which will contribute to your Local Union’s capacity to better serve the membership, and strengthen the labour movement as a whole. The program will include high-profile motivational speakers from the US and Canada along with women from countries and unions where the USW is forming global alliances. Participants will have the opportunity to choose among many skill-building workshops.
