MAP Communications Bargaining Victory

Hello Members,

We are pleased to announce that the members at MAP Communications, part of Unit 63, have voted to accept their newly bargained agreement. The ratification vote took place on February 18, 2025, and members strongly endorsed the deal, securing significant financial gains with no concessions.

This round of bargaining was focused almost exclusively on financial improvements.

The renewed agreement provides for a total wage increase of 9.75% over the three-year term:

  • 3.75% retroactive to December 21, 2024
  • 3% effective December 21, 2025
  • 3% effective December 21, 2026

These hard-earned gains reflect the dedication and resilience of our bargaining team, and we commend them for their commitment to securing a strong contract for our members.
