Next Gen Committee members, Unit/Local activists 35 and under who are eager to learn new skills, gain experience, and play a greater role in our Local.

The conference will feature a diverse program over four days, comprising group sessions, workshops, and community service initiatives. These activities are specifically tailored to equip our new and young members with the necessary skills and knowledge to be effective activists and leaders within our Union and communities.

Be mindful that all attendees will be required to provide a written report on their experience and what they learned and how that will translate into helping your unit and the Local following the conference, along with some photos of participation.
