April 30, 2019 - Telus is holding its Annual General Meeting Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 8:30 am (PT) at Telus Garden, 5th floor, 510 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.

Vice-President Donna Hokiro will be attending as a representative of USW Local 1944. If you are a shareholder, you should have received mail or email from Computershare with your Voting Instruction Form enclosed. You are able to vote your shares, or appoint someone else to vote your shares, using online, telephone or mail-in voting, as per the instructions on the Voting Instruction Form.

If you are unable to attend the AGM as a shareholder and would like your Union to vote your shares on your behalf, please complete the “Appointment of Proxyholder” section of your voting ballot by entering “TWU, USW Local 1944” as the person/entity that you are appointing to cast your votes.

Doing so will ensure that your voice is heard at the Telus Annual General Meeting on such issues as the Election of Directors and Executive Compensation.
