June 4, 2019 - As previously announced, a tentative agreement was reached with Stericycle on May 23, 2019. 

All Stericycle members have a voice by voting on the tentative collective agreement. 

May 24, 2019 - An Update to Stericycle Negotiations. 

The Stericycle Bargaining Committee would like to announce that we reached a tentative agreement with Stericycle on May 23 after continuing talks on May 22 and 23, 2019. 

March 19, 2019 - An Update to Stericycle negotiations.

The company has informed the Union of their availability for future bargaining dates.

Contract negotiations are set to resume on May 22 and 23, 2019.

Your current collective agreement is still in effect and continues until a new agreement is ratified by the membership.

March 15, 2019 - On March 13th and 14th, the company and the Union met to begin bargaining a revised collective agreement for our members working at Stericycle. 

The company’s bargaining committee consists of chief negotiator Cal Schmidt, VP of Labour Relations, Ashley Grodecki, Michelle Matte and Tasha Walker. 

March 12, 2019 - An Update to Stericycle negotiations. 

Contract negotiations are set to start on March 13 and continue on March 14, 2019. 

Your current collective agreement is still in effect and continues until a new agreement is ratified by the membership. 

December 20, 2018 - Your Bargaining Committee, consisting of Louise Davis (Unit 63), Joan Mitchell (Unit 63), Steve McWhirter (Union Representative), and Perry Pasqualetto (Chief Union Spokesperson), have served notice to commence bargaining with Stericycle. Even though your Collective Agreement expires on December 20, 2018, the terms and conditions of that agreement remain in full effect until a new Collective Agreement is ratified by the membership.
